Which Session Is Right for You?
BWG offers three kinds of community-powered Signature Spaces — each designed for a different stage of the journey. Here's how to find your fit:
Momentum Sessions:Help me figure this out; you're navigating something and need your circle around you. Bring a challenge, a transition, a decision you can't quite see clearly. The group rallies around you, shares wisdom, and helps you move forward with more clarity than you came in with.
Skill Studio Sessions:Help me build this better; you have something in progress and need honest, supportive feedback. Bring something you're creating — a workshop, a talk, a framework, a presentation. The group acts as your feedback circle, helping you shape and strengthen it before it meets the world.
Insight Sessions:I built something — come hear it; you're ready to step into visibility and share what you know. You have a message that's ready to share. Deliver it to a live audience of BWG members and invited guests who are there to receive it, engage with it, and help amplify it.

Insight Sessions are public, virtual events — open to BWG members and invited guests — where ideas worth sharing finally get the audience they deserve
Think of these as a space to share bold ideas and lived expertise with an audience ready to receive them.
You don’t have to be a professional speaker, or even have extensive experience.
Just bring a message worth sharing, and a desire to tell it well.

The Application Process
Each Insight Session features one speaker (or duo) leading a 15–45 minute talk, followed by open Q&A or facilitated discussion.
These are structured as live, community-driven events — a supportive space to deliver your message, gather real feedback, and grow your voice and impact.
These sessions are open to the public and designed to:
Spotlight under-shared insights and experiences
Help speakers shape their voice, platform, and presence
Offer attendees practical takeaways and meaningful inspiration
