A Note from the Creator
Hi — I’m Brielle, the creator of Business Women’s Group (BWG).
BWG was built in response to a clear and growing need:
Women in tech are 65% more likely than men to be laid off.
66% of women say they don’t have a clear path to advance in their company.
But they should, because:
Companies led by women CEOs have delivered a 223% return on equity over ten years, compared to 130% for those led by men.
These numbers aren’t just statistics. They reflect missed potential, stalled momentum, and the quiet frustration of too many talented women navigating their careers without enough clarity or community.
Business Women’s Group is here to change that — not by tearing anything down, but by building something better.
This is a space for women growing bold portfolios, shaping meaningful platforms, and leading with purpose. Whether you're navigating a transition, thinking about stepping into leadership, or want to support others along their professional journeys, BWG offers tools, connection, and a place to build real momentum.
As for me — I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy, communication, and building things that last. But BWG didn't come from a business plan. It came from watching too many talented, ambitious, high-performing women in my circles get caught in layoffs and restructuring, and struggle to find their footing afterward — not because they weren't good enough, but because they didn't build the platforms, portfolios, or communities to carry them through before they were needed.
I've spent years learning how to build all three. And I realized that experience was exactly what the women around me needed. So I built the space for it.
I know what it takes to shape a voice, tell a story, and make it resonate — and I built BWG so more women could learn to do the same.
The ROI is already proven. It's time more women invested in themselves accordingly.
And while BWG centers women, this space is open to anyone who supports the mission. If you want to see more professional women with platforms, portfolios, and purpose, you're in the right place.
Thanks for being here.
We’re just getting started.
